Literally the only thing that changed for me is that my lactation/cowgirl kink completely disappeared. I dont cut the meat so I don't have any first hand knowledge, but it depends on the person from my understanding. Some take about 6 month to get their speed + skill up. You can learn to do it well, but slowly, pretty quickly if you've got a good teacher.
