>>7538612

>>7538645
>guaranteed replies
>>7538612
that is way too much food
>>7538645
>>7538651
It doesn't look that heavy. I typically eat 3 eggs, a potato, two bacon or two sausage, 1.5 cups milk (about 500mL total), a banana, and 1/4 cup oats for breakfast.
I'm 110 lbs / 50 kg. When I was in India I ate 2-3x as much as the locals. Sometimes I ate 4x their dinner portions. They looked at me like I was a monster infested with stomach parasites.

I think you have a tape worm.
>>7538645
that's an ENGLISH breakfast...
c'mon /ck/ I expected better of you
>>7538803
They were looking at you because you basically ate them out of food for a week. Next time don't be so culturally oblivious...not everyone have a massive stockpile of food that they can eat whenever without worrying about shortage.
>>7538810
No, you just eat like a small American girl.
>>7538819
Pff, you sound first world as fuck. I've been travelling in these shitholes for well over a year. It's not like Indians are all starving or some shit. Hell my roomies pocket their food and toss it off the roof else the landlord gets mad at them for not eating.
>>7538833
bait
>>7538612
What did you get and how much did it cost?
That's a big meal.
>>7538842
This is free temple food. Typically the landlord's maid makes our food and it only includes the flatbread and the green stuff. It's typically about the same dimensions as a tortilla. A lot of the time my roomies pass their food off to me or when I'm too full, throw it off the roof.
I paid $75/mo for a bed and 3 meals a day.

I just got it from google images, but apparently it's the First Stop Cafe in Glamorgan, South Wales.

I'm counting six eggs here, given the five visible whole ones and the remnants of white and yolk on the toast. The layout suggests a symmetrical arrangement, so it's probably safe to assume six each of the other elements, along with a portion of beans and a grilled tomato. So:
6 eggs (fried) = 196kcal x 6 = 1176kcal
6 sausages = 154kcal x 6 = 924kcal
6 rounds of black pudding = 163kcal x 6 = 978kcal
6 rashers of bacon (thick cut) = 90kcal x 6 = 540kcal
6 slices of toast = 65kcal x 6 = 390kcal
Half can of baked beans = 164kcal
Grilled tomato = 23kcal
Total = 4195kcal
>>7538903
Well shit, apparently it's TEN of each of the things, so it's more like 6867kcal.
>>7538972
Looks like way more than 10 beans to me.
>>7538941
Pretty sure eggs aren't that cal heavy. iirc one large egg is 60-80 cal. Oil adds cals but I don't think triple.
Hey, found a video of OP's breakfast. http://www.walesonline.co.uk/lifestyle/food-drink/watch-could-man-david-prince-7586520
>>7539077
It seemed high to me too, but that's what google tells me. It's about what an egg plus a tablespoon of oil adds up to, so it probably is overestimating based on that.
>>7538941
All that protein, that's the breakfast of a man who lifts.
>>7538612
how do you get your eggs like that
>>7540477
>very fresh eggs
>cooked on a flat surface
>plenty of butter
>low/medium-low heat
>>7540481
