The deep dish is good. They make their crust from scratch, and they grate their own cheese, which puts them miles ahead of most chains. Toppings are not the best quality, but they are generous with them.

Not sure that adds much to the quality. The fresh crust, definitely though.

I'm a fan. Definitely better than the average chain.

Bagged pre-grated cheese has cellulose added to keep it from clumping, but this also affects how it melts.

It gives the melted cheese a grainy texture, and it's less gooey and stringy.

better than 9 out of 10 chains. a good local pizzeria will usually be much better. if anyone is in the cleveland area master pizza is great. they cut their own blend of cheeses and make their own dough every day.

but from the logo, i always get the impression its one of those seedy greasy resturants you can find in the ghettos
