so mince some garlic, 3 parts olive oil to 1 part some kind of fancy vinegar(i used balsalmic), some poupon, salt, pepper, and throw in some random herbs or something, im using cheap italian spices

i got almost done, went for the maple syrup and found it had some weird caccoon looking mold shit growing in it, not crystals like honey it was gross looking, shame too cuz it was some decent syrup, on a whim i put some apple butter on it. it was all decent, tenders were really good, i only ate like half of the french toast and salad, got full fast and the lack of syrup kinda bummed me out, live and learn, will refridgerate that shit in the future

been a rough week but its over, been busy from work and a bit worn out this week so not much cookin or drinkin, time to change that
gettin my pregame on and doing a wee bit of cleanin, got no idea what imma make but somethings getting maked
k m80s, gonna try to make tortillas. flour tortillas because im gringo as fuck and i got plans
following the bag recipe
2 cups of this flour mix with a half a cup warm water, mix well and knead for like 5 minutes, ok
this like 2.5 minutes kneading, i dont know how to knead, i watched some youtube vids but i dont really understand what im doing oh well just squishin it around and stuff i guess
cover with damp towel and let chill for like 15 minutes, im using paper towels they can fuck off i aint using one of my clean dish towels i aint made out of washing machines you feel me
alright i dont have a rolling pin or a tortilla press, this was first attempt
first attempt was too thick so i tossed it, here is second attempt, tried to really put some weight on it and thin it out, im using a heavy duty roll of suran wrap as a rolling pin so shits goofy
and its still too thick, tasted it, shit was a failure, tossed everything, next time ill use a real recipe that uses butter or something
