I do this. You can make something that's nice in scattered little globs by blending cashews and as little water as possible with a small amount of plant based yogurt and then keep it around 100 Fahrenheit until it smells/tastes right. Or just blend cashews with lemon juice, nutritional yeast and such. Add some turmeric for color.
