I really like the Botan calrose rice. It's the only white rice I eat anymore. Nobody ever knows what I'm talking about so I took a pic. When people see the bag they are like--oh ok.

I'll third that. It's a good quality sticky rice. I'm new to making sushi and this rice is what I've used. It held together well. I'm sure there are better sushi rice brands but Options are limited in my area and this is always available. I use it for everything though not just sushi

My family prefers Calrose Botan. I'm fairly certain I've eaten this rice most of my life as it was always around during my childhood and I've always bought it as a teen to adult.

I didn't know it had been around that long. We always had the cheap generic long grain white rice when I was growing up. I bought the calrose on a whim years ago and it's been my favorite white rice since.
