i'm a simple person. i don't like mixing meats. i would just take ham. ditch the mayo for horse radish and add in something crunchy and fresh. like lettuce and tomatoes.

Mayonnaise is absolutely fine on sandwiches. I have a large spreading of mustard with a small spreading of mayo and it tastes great.
