This plus put some chia seeds in too and let it sit for 30 mins, I like the texture. Works a little better with kefir instead of yogurt though because the chia thickens it to a yogurt consistency.

I buy some yogurt type vanilla drink by Siggi's, their yogurt is as good as Fage, but it is a lot more expensive. Siggi's & Fage are the only yogurts that have the real strained texture and taste, the rest taste half ass or plain bullshit using thickeners. Adding a good or very aromatic honey or any type of jam on top of Fage plain full fat is incredible.

Get a mason jar and put some oats in there, scoops of greek yogurt, and then some berries or something. Leave it in the fridge overnight and it gets nice and soft and delicious. I eat that shit for breakfast everyday. Good luck OP.
