I've only ever eaten it cold or microwaved. Pan fried with All day breakfast type things is all I can think of.

I was just thinking that perhaps they would go well with Beetroot, maybe they would go well together as a sort of thick Borscht ????
They go great with fish, eggs and just about any legumes. Anything bland or white just soaks up the flavour.
