I do. I love all onions. I love white, red, Hawaiian sweet, pearl, green(spring), shallots, leeks, fresh, sauteed, caramelized, fried, rings. Fresh with a bite, or sauteed and sweet. With meat, in soups, on sandwiches, they go with so many things. And I know a lot of people don't like them and i'm okay with that. Be okay with my onion obsession bud. It's okay.
