It's a warm cream cheese thing, but made special with that little tang you get with the pepper juice, and to a lesser extend, the crunch of the panko. And maybe a little heat to ease the guilt of 200 calories per swallow.

Fuck cream cheese filling

I like to take jalapenos, stuff them with herb and garlic goat cheese, wrap with bacon and grill or roast in the oven. They're fucking delicious.

I worked at a hole in wall mexican joint for a few years. The latinos in the kitchen would deep fry jalapenos without battering or stuffing them, and eat them as a snack just like that. I tried it one day and always ate them with my tacos from then on. It makes them less spicy and completely changes the texture and flavor so they are smooth to eat.
