Been working on some recipes for coffee drinks.

I'm really not a big fan of sugary coffee drinks - or even milky ones most of the time - so this is not my strong suit. But, I think a lot of people like sweet coffee drinks. And I think that I can make them in such a way that highlights the coffee, and adheres to my values. So far I've only really had partial successes.

A few are:
Iced drink that has espresso filtered through paper (shit goes crazy if you add anything carbonated if you don't) then brown sugar, rhubarb bitters, tonic water. The coffee had notes of grapefruit and brownsugar most prominently.

Milky bev starting with an espresso that has notes of citrus and dried fruit. Add a syrup I made from dry infusing vanilla bean and lime zest into sugar. Throw some steamed mulk on that thang

I just swallow caffeine pills
