I like olives, feta cheese, cucumber, cherry tomato, chopped pepper and raw onion, lettuce, herbs with olive oil and bit of balsamic vinegar

Honey and mustard is good for a dressing too

So I picked up some baby spinach with the intension of making spinach salads.

What are some easy salads to make? Merican here, never eaten a lot of salad much less prepared any. Wanna get my veggies in.

take that spinach, slice up an avocado and a small purple onion, halve some cherry tomatoes, put a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it and you're golden.
