how do you like your eggs /ck/? my favorite way is poached, until just the white is cooked through
Either over easy with a nice Mexican-style breakfast plate (fried up potatoes, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, etc with refried beans and hot sauce)
Or, just the raw yolk cracked into a steaming hot bowl of noodle soup.
fried on both sides in bacon grease.
with the yolk 50% cooked through. it's not solid, but it's not runny either.

I recently learned how to poach, so its how I've been doing it. Now I need to learn to do hollandaise
Well my brother calls my way retarded scrambled eggs, i just crack a couple eggs on the frying pan then immediately stab at it until its all tiny pieces. I put w.e leftovers are in the fridge and add some spice and hot sauce. I cant eat a egg cooked regularly the taste of yolk makes me vomit.

I've always referred to that method as "Just fuck 'em up".
Cus that's what you're doing. Just fucking them up.
That aside I like Sunny-Side up the best if they're gonna be by themselves because that way they taste best with Tabasco sauce.
