the only way i can use siracha is to mix it with some honey and then cut it with a little butter, it makes a good spicy garlic sweet sauce, but i will never put that shit on anything straight.
I had a phase where i liked mexican hot sauces but not really anymore.
Franks red hot is probably the best main stream hot sauce, but lousiana gold and alaga hot sauces are my absolute favorite. I used to drink alaga hot sauce in college when i was hungry. also the green tabasco is great too.
