Do you like muffins?

not worth the calories.

if i'm gonna eat 700 calories and gain weight, it's gonna be with something tastier. like a slice of pizza.

I like muffins but I don't eat em because they are a waste of calories. Also poppy seed is best in the case of having no alternative breakfast food.

Muffins are an excuse for people to eat cake for breakfast

Maybe you live a more active lifestyle or have a generally smaller appetite. Maintenance of weight and weight loss are clearly different goals either way.

I don't really gain weight easily, but it's nice to put whatever calories you do eat to good use, like with eating vegetables and healthy stuff like that. Although, a muffin does sound good right about now. Maybe when I'm older, my metabolism will get worse, and I'll gain weight easily.
