Homemade crust, pesto sauce base, sauteed onions and chanterelles, black-pepper bacon, fresh mozzarella

I use it because it works.

NOW this is undercooked
follow these simple 2 steps
put in bottom of oven with full heat 2-3 mins until it inflates
put in medium with only top grill until it toasts

I also can use it on a charcoal grill.

Even if I use the pan on a charcoal grill, I can turn on the broiler of my over and finish my pizza that way. Works pretty well every time, regardless of if cooked on the grill or entirely in the oven.
