Put butter in the pan and start frying the fries.
Season the fries, I used curry powder, cumin and cilantro powder, some paprika powder, and rosemary oregano and thyme.
Put the fries aside and put in the pork strips.

Slice up a onion, and some pickled gherkins and peppers. Deseed the peppers.
Add the onion gherkins and peppers on top of the fries and add some condiments to taste.
I use some chili sauce and sambal badjak.
Now add a slice of cheese on top and it's ready for the oven
