My standard week has me visiting three very different grocery environments.
Woodman's for bulk items, this is a large store packed full of discount opportunities for the savvy consumer.
Meijer (finally, a Wal-Mart for white people) strikes the best balance between both quality and cost in their produce and dairy products.
Luckily, these two are immediately adjacent to one another in my city. I can knock them both out in one trip with ease.
Finally, I grab a hand basket at Sendik's for my meat, fish, and specialty items,. This is the place that offers complimentary coffee and adds a few bucks on top of everything because they are better than you. You are filth.
One day, I foresee a world in which there exists a single grocery able to fully cater to my specific needs.
