2.5 gallon airtight glass jar (pic related).
Fits a 8kg bag of rice.
I keep it in the plastic bag it comes in. Just roll up the top and put a couple of elastic bands around it vertically.
I use it fast enough that I don't really need to store it in any special way.

My QuadSonic Dryfood Jar.
There's a motor in the cover that uses 4 AA batteries to make the jar vibrate lightly. It increases aeration of the dry food and reduces risk of mold and bugs. I now refuse to eat old stored rice if it wasn't kept in my quadsonic.
