It's not exactly fast food but there's some posh Brazillian burger chain that serves fancy ~$8 burgers with all sorts of exotic toppings, and I wish it were in the US. Can't remember the name though.

Way cheaper, I'd say about as good or better. Chicago here, not much experience in the West, but I had it three times on a week long trip to Vegas. I'd eat it all the time if it was near me. It's the price that sells it. But then Five Guys was known for cheap prices before it spread nationwide, wasn't it?
