You must be American. This is 200g of pasta with creme fraiche, a quarter of a camembert, a slice of ham and some mache salad.
This is actually significantly more calories than I should have in one meal.
Carbonara, 1 in the morning, just finished work, wanted something easy

He is American, the prospect of a lunch with that amount of food would send many people I know into a panic-induced coma.
A guy I work with weighs 370 pounds and in between meals he's inhaling doritos and shit. And he has the gall to suggest that the reason I am not morbidly obese is because "you work out". No you fat fuck, it's because I eat what my body needs instead of just mindlessly inhaling garbage from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep.
God, I hate fat people.

Just had breakfast and I had a piece of oven egg toast
( knead for seed bread, 1/8c cheddar, 1 egg) and a small glass of buttermilk.
I caught a good amount of fish last weekend.
My last meal was baked perch, sweet potatoes, and spring mix greens, and a glass of tea. Sorry, no pic.

Hey /ck/, how do I get into cooking reductions? Somebody once said here that reductions were the secret to making any meal really seem "well-done". Where can I read up on the art of reduction?
