What brand of pasta do you usually buy?
I usually get Barilla or De Cecco because it's what we use at work.

I've done it before and it's very delicious, but I don't want to do it every time I want to eat pasta.

Store brand from HEB. I haven't noticed any difference between that and any other more expensive brand.
I buy the cheap Tesco-brand pasta. It's still made from durum flour in Italy, so I figured why pay more for the fancy brand.

Whatever is on sale for $1, which is sometimes Creamette, sometimes store brand, and sometimes Barilla.

Catelli Smart.
All the nutrition of disgusting brown pasta, but all the deliciousness of regular pasta.
Ronzoni or Barilla
Kroger usually has one of the two on sale just about every week
this week Ronzoni was on sale for 49 cents, os I stocked up a bit
Whatever brand is cheapest that uses semolina.

Store brand for the most common types, Barilla or DeCecco for any other not-so-common types, as those are the brands with the most variety (DeCecco also does egg-based pasta)
Whatever organic, non-egg pasta is availible at the store
Usually store brand. Is there much of a difference? And for the type of pasta, usually either farfalle or penne.
