I cant remember the name of it but it was pretty good. This stuff was also pretty good but really spicy.

I agree that it's a bit sweet, I like to put some tapatio on with it. I don't pick up a chemical taste, but taste is subjective, which so many people on here don't get.

People always call that authentic French mustard, but it's more Canadian than French at this point.
I picked these up recently and they're damn tasty. Really not much going on in terms of heat, though.
