What do weevils in pasta look like? Two black specs came to the top when I started boiling my pasta... But it was only 2 and I can't find more.
Also I bought the pasta yesterday and it was unopened till now.
Is it weevils? Is it fine if I can't find more?

If you found a thousand more it would be fine. They're not poisonous. It's only a problem if you're squeamish, and that's only a problem if you can see them.

Same as weevils in masa or flour, they look like something that doesn't belong and into a bag then into the trash it goes.
