>spread baking paper
>put cauliflower on paper
>180C for 15min
>turn
>8min in oven
drizzle with lemon juice

I did this will sliced cabbage as well. Tasted pretty good
the lemon juice is the key ingredient. it tastes amazing and is so simple. I will never steam couliflower again..
