My go to soup is new england clam chwder, best soup I ever had was a seafood bisque from some steak house in Lincoln Nebraska, current fav of moment is Ramen (throw away seasoning pack) with added veggies, chicken, cooked in broth, sriachi sauce, fish sauce, pepper flakes, kind of a thai hot thing I imagine, even though I don't know much about Thai food
nothing beats chicken noodle. +1 for having it with a grilled ham & cheese, some cheese puffs, and a few pickles.
