I bought some salami, sundried tomatoes (not in oil) and olives at a deli. How long should these last in my fridge? I got them on February 7th.

they'll last for a long time, salami and olives are both cured and the tomatoes are dried which are traditional preservation methods. at least two weeks for the salami, and probably months for the olives and tomatoes.
