So I am drinking goat milk for the first time today, and this smells like, well, a goat. Apparently this means that the buck wasn't seperated from the does. Does it mean that this is low or high quality stuff? Should I stop drinking before I start shitting my guts out?

You're fine. However, the likelihood of there being goat semen remnants within the milk is much higher.

Goat and sheep milk has a stronger flavor than cow milk, it's normal.

I've never had goat milk that wasn't strongly flavored/scented. It's just part of what goat milk is. I actually like it, but the wife can't stand it.

Never had goat milk but I've had goat cheese many times and it had a kinda funky goaty taste. I really like it though

Common knowledge in the goat farming community. The milk that is unsellable due to its high semen content is rejected but recycled as feed. We call it seamilk.
