I've always wanted to try out vegetarianism for shits and giggles. I figured I'd shoot for a month and longer who knows.
I've eaten so much fucking meat lately I'm starting to get sick of it, so I figure now is a good time to try it out.
I don't eat soy, so what else do you freaks do in place of meat? Literally 98% of the main dishes I know how to make are meat based.

Just eat food minus the meat. Its not fucking rocket science.

Try bean based chilis. Look to asian food as well,as they generally are vegetarian as well.

Make chickpea or kidney bean patties.
Also japanese Omelette, Sigara Böregi and make a meatlof, but instead of meat you use crushed wallnuts and vegetables and coat it with puff pastry.

Whole wheat pasta
cheese pizza occasionally
literally everything except meat and fish
I've never been a vegfag but I love a good black bean burger.
