Anyone a fan of tofu? I'm not a vegetarian, but I love it especially with it's with kimchi or a meat.

I liek mapo tofu. A lot. Like, unreasonably lot. I can't be arsed to even use ground pork with it, I just use soy chunks since they keep on the shelf forever.
