Could /ck/ recommend me some sandwich condiments/sauces? I want to branch out from plain ol' yellow mustard, because as much as I love it (simple tastes, man) I know there's a lot more out there.
So much more, however, that it's intimidating and I don't know where to begin when I walk into that sauce aisle at the store. What does /ck/ put on their sandwiches?
And I mean, like, plain old meat-and-cheese, made-in-five-minutes-for-lunch sandwiches

i usually use some kind of a brown mustard on a quick sandwich. just go to the store and see what they have a pick a couple that sound good. i have a hot and sweet stone ground mustard that i'm digging lately.

Bajan Pepper Sauce is like a mustard hot sauce. Used a lot in Caribbean cooking. Pretty good!
Horseradish, too. Mayo mixed with horseradish.
If you can find some kind of chutney, goes well on pork sandwiches.
