i do things like... just now i cut up a chicken breast finely with scissors into a pan of hot butter. sizzled it medium till done and put into a bowl with cubed chedder and mayo, mixed it around, shrapped up half a head of lettuce into a big bowl and added salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, and stirred in the chicken-chedder-mayo-butter salad stuff. ate with two cans of diet mountain dew which is very smooth, yum.
