So, what are your dirty tricks for gaining more weight? I know eating more but I am having problems eating more and trying to drink my calories instead.
Btw doing this because I have to enlist soon and I am under fucking weight

Fast food
Cheap and doesn't make you feel full easily
Fat or muscle? If muscle, high intensity no more than three times a week (preferably once every three days) while doing L-carnintine supplements every morning and L-arginine supplements every night does a good job.
If you mean fat, just eating whatever forever will probably work.

Yep, drinking calories. Expensive iced coffees, milkshakes (might be the best bang for your buck) and any kind of olive oil.

Ensure Plus or if you're poor, whey protein powder shakes.

buy a ps4 and taking up gaming. you'll get to practice your shooting and aiming skills while gaining a fuckton of weight. win win!
