I've only ever had (very good) Middle Eastern street food. I'd like to travel there someday when (if ever) it isn't a shithole and try the real thing. And probably be disappointed that the American version is better and I wasted my money and time.

Kangaroo is pretty good, not overly exotic here.
Imagine a very lean beef I guess, either very rare or heavily marinated. Easy to fuck up due to low fat content.
I'd be willing to try most anything once. There's a lot I haven't had the opportunity to try and probably never will. Sucks but what are you gonna do. I probably sound ignorant saying I'd like to try everything but whatever.
