I am confused as I have seen articles such as this one here https://www.healthyeating.org/Portals/0/Documents/Health%20Wellness/White%20Papers/colon_cancer_consumer.pdf say that it's good to eat dairy to prevent cancer.
How the fuck does that make sense? I thought dairy was one of the leading causes of colon cancer.
What is the truth behind all this.

Supposedly dairy raises the risk of some forms of cancer, and lowers the risk of others.
Everything causes cancer depending on who you ask, hell clowns probably do too in some way or form.

I totally feel like dairy is horrible for you since so many people are lactose and since living creatures arent really supposed to drink milk after coming of age/growing up.
But the dairy companies spout lies to counter all this info.
