My staple lunch:

>white rice
>mix of 10 grains, lentils, oats, brown rice, mung beans, etc.
>goji berries
>pine nuts
>raisins
>aduki beans or black eye beans

I want to add something else, like a type of seed or soft nut, but I'm stumped. Any ideas /ck/?
