Refreshingly high quality. Until I find something better, this is the only brand I'll buy.
>>7330478
most pickles taste fine as long as they aren't sweet, like bread and butter pickles. those are disgusting.
salt fermented pickles > vinegar pickles too.
>>7330508
reading the label gave me an aneurysm
>>7330506
Thats fucking sick, bruh.
>>7330513
This is pretty the best you can get for brand name pickles
>>7330520
Labels aren't what makes pickles tasty as fuck, m8.

>>7330478
I love the smell of pickles and when I see a whole large one I just want to take a big ass bite out of it. But they just taste gross and are only edible when cut thinly and used sparingly.
>>7330513
best large brand by a longshot
those costco spears in the big container are also super good
Vlasic by a mile. the Naturals they have now are fucking fantastic but I always have a jar of dill babys in the fridge.
I usually finish a jar, slice up whatever fresh cukes and or carrot I have into the jar and a few days later, presto, more pickles.

The ones in make myself.
There's really only two kinds of pickles I really love anymore.
>the Safeway store brand kosher dills and spicy dills
These just have a nice, strong flavor, and the brine is great for pickled eggs
>Half-sours from the local Russian market
These are pickles I could eat all day 'erry day. They're awesome. Half sours are the best pickles ever.
>not immediately saying Strubs
You poor sad souls
I bought some of these when Joe Rogan mentioned them. The way he described them sold me. Probably the only thing that he ever said on his podcast that I bought.
Pretty fucking delicious. Only had them once because they were out of stock and on back order for fucking months.
>>7330749

>still buying fucking pickles
home made trumps all
>>7330784
how did he describe them?
I normally l appreciate his recommendations but but those pickles are bland as hell.
Step aside everyone.
>>7330824
>>7330719
I like the bread and butter pickles.
Jews make pretty good pickles.
I like to take fresh pickles, splash some vinegar on them, let them sit for a bit, and call it good. Maybe a bit of sugar, salt, and dill. Dab of sour cream. Maybe, if I'm feeling adventurous, a dash of paprika.
>>7330901
Why would you put vinegar on them when that's what they're already soaking in?
>>7330898
No name mini cornichons
The stuff of my Canadian childhood
If your response was anything but "Claussen", you are demonstrably wrong.
>>7330508
whoever designed that label needs a swift kick in the balls as punishment

The only brand I've ever seen is Bicks.
But this is Canada where we have absolutely no variety.
Are there any good pickle brand in the UK?
I've tried a few, they don't taste of anything I refuse to believe Americans love them this much if this is what they're meant to be like

>>7332382
I wish they'd sell those so I could use em on my burgers and homemade mcribs
>>7331064
Before moving to the East Coast I wasn't aware of half-sour pickles. Then I went to a Jewish deli and tried one. Best motherfucking pickles ever.
You have to get small ones though so they have the proper crunch.
anyone know if these got discontinued?

Tried these a while back. Thought they were fantastic. Claussen are also good but they are nothing like European pickles.

These erry day
Norway pickles are shit, all pre-cut and soggy. I've found some really good lithauanian ones at my local Polish sklep though.
>>7334592
My nigga ZerGut. Their picked cabbage leaves are the best on the market from what I've tried.
>>7335364
Who the fuck puts pickles in cans? How are you supposed to keep them after they've been opened? Well, better put them in a jar now. Why didn't the fucking company do that in the first place?

This shit still needs to stop. When I buy pickling salt there's only one thing on the ingredient list. Care to guess what it is?

The first time I had these, I thought they were the best pickles I've ever had. The next jar wasn't nearly as good. The third jar was different from the first two. There was no consistency between batches and I haven't bought a $10 jar of pickles since.
>>7340620

Does anybody know of any Michigan made pickles?
We're the largest grower of cucumbers in the country but I don't know of any Michigan pickle companies?
Jimmy John's
>>7340649
Most of them aren't actually Kosher certified and all that, they're just "Kosher style" which means they have a lot garlic.
>>7340647
Yes I have kinda been experiencing this lately also.. Not sure what causes the inconsistency? Could it be our tastebuds getting bored.. idek

Who /lovespicklesbutonlyslicedorbabyones/ here?
I don't know why but The larger pickles just taste different to me, but fucking hell I love the baby pickles or the sliced/spear ones. I can eat a whole jar in a sitting, although I don't actually do that.
Do I just have autism?

>>7330478
why would anyone eat these when claussen are equally available
>>7330513
I keep coming back to these. I mix it up between the regular, hearty garlic and hot&spicy kind but the minis are my favorite cause they stay crunchier longer.
>>7330719
These are worse than vlasic. The brine isn't bad but god they're so mushy.
>>7339356
As far as bread & butter go these are my jam. Vlasic decided to not suck with this line.
>>7339433
Never had their spicy but regular is pretty good, I was kinda suprised how strong of a dill flavor they had.
>>7342004
I'll get these from time to time. Kinda torn between these and Claussen on spicy pickles.

this. You havin' a laugh?
Haven't seen pic related mentioned. Couldn't find a better pic but it's san francisco pickle company spicy roasted garlic. Nothing to really rave about but probably some of the best balance between heat and garlic flavor I've had. It's like a mix between claussen hot&spicy and boars head.
