What do? It still has marinade on it, though its not sitting in it anymore. Should I just eat it or can I get away with refreezing it? Would that make it disgusting or just less that it would have been to some degree?

You didn't hunt it in a leprosy camp, did you? It should last at least five days refrigerated. Then you can cook whatever's left and that will last another five days refrigerated.
i dunno but i'm pretty sure you can only freeze meat once.
should last a few days in the fridge tho, so it's not like you have to eat it on the day it was thawed.

if mold/bacteria is absent you can refreeze meat as many times as you want and not get sick, it will just start to taste like ass as the ice crystals destroy cells
