Honest answer, Waffle House is more about 24-hour diner drunk food. You get shitfaced, head to Waffle House, down a monster greasy meal, then pass out and have less of a hangover.
The basic breakfast there is two eggs any style, choice of bacon, sausage, ham, steak, or porkchops, choice of toast or waffle, and hash browns with choice of toppings (cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, jalapenos, chili, gravy, etc). Plus coffee and/ or orange juice.

Actually, I realized that it was in fact Wednesday and not Tuesday. So I where up rising to get ready and leave right after I posted this. I ate my toast in the car and realized the image didn't post until way later.
