The term noodle encompasses all off slim, elongated pasta.
Bleu is the actual name of a few french blue cheeses when followed by the name of the area they're from.

what is the difference between noodles and pasta? I've always used the two almost interchangeably except I've never called something a "noodle dish" whereas "pasta dish" I see as a term.
