What's your guys' thoughts on steak sauce? I love it even on steak and even though some people view that as a crime against the culinary gods. I also like to use it to flavor burgers while I cook them on the stove.
Thoughts? Opinions?

I've only used A1 and Worcestershire. I like them both.

If you feel a need to use it, you're either eating an overcooked or cheap steak, not that there's really any problem with the latter.

say your steak is very good but also you like steak sauce and want to have two things you like at once

Do whatever. I think the sauce tends to overpower the flavor of the steak, but it's your steak.

My biggest guilty pleasure when it comes to cooking is generously slathering a piece of steak with A1. Culinary heresy, I know.
