Does sturgeon kaviar taste like salmon roe? I've had salmon roe before and 2bh didn't like it.
It tastes and feels completely different. It's more on the oyster side of 'fishiness'. The eggs are smaller so they don't have a comparable popping texture either.

vendace roe is imo the best
