What should I season a prime cut Rib eye with? I am used to buying choice meat and adding a steak seasoning but I'd like a good minimal seasoning idea so I can enjoy this prime cut.

Just pat it with some coarse salt right before grilling, and when you take it off, grind some fresh mixed peppercorns on top. If it's really a prime steak, that's all it needs for you to enjoy the meaty flavor.

Pepper.

Maybe cook it in butter, rosemary, and garlic at the very end so it doesn't burn, but if the cut is good this is unnecessary.
