What are some of the best uses of beef or chicken broth? I've been cooking my oats in it and wondering what other applications it could have aside from soup.
great to deglaze pans after searing meat or adding to a stirfry if it's cooking too hot. I also like to make stew with beeth broth out of stewing beef or oxtail or both! easy with carrots, potatoes and onions yum yum, don't forget paprika!!
