Sounds like a neat idea, but the need of a special vegetable slicer to make them without being a pain the ass makes it unattractive, though.

I got a little spiralizer last year that cost 10 bucks, it works great; it's a quick and easy way to slice up zucchini. Tastes better than pasta, often I just eat it with salt, but its great with marinara sauce and parmesan or too.
