Something you could actually do, instead of some asshole reply like you've gotten in this thread, is make pork buns or dumplings.

Try topping it on rice, with braised red cabbage, fried sauerkraut, and black pepper

Try it on eggs with hash browns, diced veggies, or omelets

Try it on a kaiser slider bun, with julienne apple, red onion, and mustard/BBQ sauce mixed together

Try it as a salad with chopped celery, spinach, carrots, apples, light cheese, nuts, and cranberries

Try it on a stack of pancakes, with green onion, sour cream, braised cabbage, and syrup

I put it in a pita with hummus, avocado and tomatoes
