So they have certain contractors they by farm-raised salmon from. Is this stuff good? I have had bad experiences with farm-raised fish. Tasted like it was grown in a 3 foot by 3 foot tank and they never cleaned the shit out of it

Yeah, well Whole Foods gets some of their farm-raised salmon from ocean pens. It's ocean water coming in and out and nets keep the salmon in. Other vendors provide deep-water inland raised salmon.
But yeah, a lot of farm-raised fish is disgusting. Limp, tastes bad, lifeless nasty crap.
