Here to discuss a broad spectrum of sandwiches.
>Bread?
>Meat?
>Cheese?
>Toppings and sauce?
>Grilled or toasted?
Pic is a grilled cheese I made a while ago for another thread. White bread, butter, sharp cheddar, dijon, with an egg on top.
oh shit nigger, that looks good. I'm a fan of a nice hot pastrami sandwich myself.

Forgot to take an actual picture but I got a nice sandwich at a local joint.
An objectively superior sandwich to the classic BLT
Ciabatta Bun with Mayonnaise
Provolone
Pastrami or beef brisket
Dijon, Parmesan and black pepper
Romaine
Red onion
- Toast with cheese, pesto and (sun dried) tomatoes (probably my favorite)
- Toast with avocado, cucumber, mayo and salt n pepper
-Peanutbutter with sambal and cucumber and baked tomatoes with cumin.

i miss european bread. i made and ate sandwiches 6 times a week probably because i loved the bread there.
I like to keep things simple
Got a crock pot for Christmas. Been eating pulled pork sammiches for 2 days straight. They're baller. I'd upload a picture, but I ate my dinner already.
Real simple though:
Whole wheat hamburger bun, toasted
Pulled Pork
Cole Slaw
Ta-daa!

I'm hungover as fuck and wanna make a greasy ham/egg/cheese/bacon melt. What can I use instead of butter to toast it? I don't fucking have any

>not enjoying a piping hot hotdog sandwich
I like COBALT sandwiches. Chicken, Onion, Bacon, Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato. Really good on some chibatta or sourdough and easy to make. I leave off the tomato if i can't find any good ones though.

I've always wanted to open up a simple little sandwich shop called Sam's Hammiches, after my brother Sam. (it's a play on words you see)

Some people use mayo instead of butter because it has a higher smoking point so its harder to burn. I've never tried it but a lot of recipes swear mayo over butter

there's a lot of people sperging over that sandwich in this thread, but to me it looks pretty dry. it could use ranch, imo.
