It's kind of more like an open-faced spanakopita I think. The peppermint seems like a strange addition to me but it would probably work. Could use some garlic too.

Actually I have organic carrots. Bought them because the others were out. They're in the trash can right now because the shit started to rot after a mere 3 days. Fucking carrots! Rotting after a few days! No they did not taste better than the others, Not. At. All.
Pretty much the same like the apples, lemons, tomatoes and whatever I tried over the years. These days organic is nothing but a cheap ass marketing moniker designed for idiots, enabling stores to sell worse quality for a higher price.

I have never seen carrots rot nearly as quickly as these and I "handled" these the same way as any other. Am I supposed to talk to organic vegetables, put them to sleep or something? So what kind of "basics" didn't I "handle" right you dumb fuck?
